This is a service we are finding more clients have wanted from us over the past few years where effectively we complete all the heavy superstructure / building envelope works up to a position of watertight construction, allowing others to then take over the internal fit-out.
We can carry out this role as a sub-contractor or main (principle) contractor, working in collaboration and partnership if and as required.
Our works would include but are not limited to all groundworks, drainage, hard landscaping superstructure block and brickwork, render, cladding, panels systems, structural steel internally and to roofs, beam and block or pc plank to floors, structural carpentry to roofs and internally, flat and pitched roof coverings, windows and doors.
