We have carried out demolition and structural alternations works for almost 30 years. Anything up to 20 meters high and 7 meters deep is in our remit. From a single house dwelling to a 10,000m2 factory site, we have pretty much done it all.
Short of using explosives or the demolishing of high rise tower blocks, there is not much else we haven’t done in almost 3 decades.
We are well respected as the go to demolition company by hundreds of clients that have relied on us to complete the demolition that other companies would often shy away from such as: inner city, restricted access, adjacent to train lines, tube lines, bridges, highways, petrol stations, fire damaged buildings, occupied buildings, asbestos containing buildings and sometimes just projects other demolition firms felt were too small to benefit from.
Safety will always come first with us, our exemplary track record over the decades is our testament to this.
We are strong believers where possible in combining the demolition and structural alternations package with other packages such as: groundworks, civils, piling, basement packages etc, which are all services we offer. This nearly always saves on both time and costs, plus significantly mitigates and reduces the coordination and liability issues that multiple packages and contractors can have on 1 project.
